    He is talking about the new CobraJet 5.4 aluminum block. Nothing to do with a 2011 5.0 Coyote. Coyote blocks wont be interchangable with modular 4.6 0r 5.4 blocks. That CobraJet block will knock about 80 pounds off your front end while you are GOING STRAIGHT.

    No these 5R55S trannies have both clutches and bands inside. If the shift pressures are set to high you will prematurely wear the bands lead to possible failure. I had my transmission built by Level 10 and this was what they told me, not to have my tuner crank the PSI too high.

    It is the front O2 sensors that cause the problems after a header install. You can turn off the rear O2s if you dont need to pass an ODBII emissions test. The fronts may throw a DTC for not being heated fast enough. That can be adjusted in the tune.

    Yes. The car revs smoother and faster from dropping 30 pounds of rotaional mass. Good for .01 or so in the 1/4 mile.

    When you are at wide-open-throttle I dont believe the O2 sensors are even used as the car is in closed-loop mode. Is the one side lean at WOT or partial throttle?

    They are approximately 1/4" higher than stock. Many people have them lathed down 1/4" to make them stock height and up to 3/4" for dropping the engine 1/2".
