    No, it seems to be some sort of chin spoiler that hooks on the the factory bumper. I don't know what one it is. you might try looking up chin spoiler/ chin lip for mustangs.

    if you remove your gt side skirts, there is nothing underneath (you would be looking like a lx), the saleen side skirts will bolt right up. If you were to buy the cobra ones you would still have to take off the gt skirts, so you might as well go with the saleens.
