    Sounds like you have an alternator whine problem. Could be that the factory amps are going bad or you could have a bad ground. Either way the amps are picking up "engine noise".     Like everyone else said, check your ground. Also make sure that when you ran your wires, you ran the rca's and speaker wires on the opposite side of the car from the power wire. This will help keep the rca's from picking up noise from the power wire. This is what normally causes "alternator whine".
