    I'm sorry i'm slipping whats a TOB. The clanking noise sounds like somethinkg is lose and hits metal on metal. Not to loud , the sound level varies on take off but doesn't last long. It isn't the center caps, it's a different kind of tick tick. LOL Thanks for the input guys please keep them...

    It is right behind the radio/ac units right above the tranmission tunnel near the carpet. It is light blue cylinder about the size of the hazard flasher just pull it out its stuck on a small plastic tab, on an L shaped bracket
