    It was valve or valve lash noise. I've heard it alot in GM V6's when they're cold. I thought Ford would be "above" that!

    I am looking at buying an 06 GT. I was listening to the one I liked (Redfire with tan leather interior) and as it idled cold, I'd hear an occassional "clickety" sound out of the engine. My 03 Crown Vic never did that. The stang has 112 miles on it. Could someone have run it thru its paces...
