    10.5's on rear?

You either need to flare it or tub it, or both. I Went with the flare route. I might be able to squeeze in 315's, 275's currently.

GOOD fiberglass hoods, decklids, and bumpers?

Mustang depot has some nice hoods, not sure if they have one for your 68. I removed a maeir hood and replaced it with the new depot hood, fits alot better.

    Locating battery to trunk?

I ran the wires up over the rear wheel well and then down under door sill and finally crossed under the front fender into engine compartment. I welded a bolt into the trunk area for the ground, behind battery box. I also moved the selinoid to the trunk, so the starter wire was only hot...

narrowed down to 2 cam choices, convine me which to buy (solid or hyd)

Something with a wider lobe center might help with the spray, all depends on how often your going to use it i guess.

    Canton Oil Pan

All the Canton pans i've seen have been pretty clean. Like any product going on a engine, a good wiping/blowing out isn't a bad idea.

Stick the shaft in a McDonalds straw (it's the correct size) and then guide it down into the oil pump. Push the shaft out with a bit of welding rod or coat hanger wire.

    What spindles do i have

Most of the rotors are the same, the only difference is the wheel bearings and races. Make sure they fit correctly and the wheels bearings seem to be the correct size.

Wha is the best size tire for 17x7 wheels?

With the 4" backspacing i would think 225 series would be about it. If you have your fender edges rolled then maybe 235. Anyways, i would find a local store and try a 225/45/17.

    Stock Discs vs. Baer

The stock setup works pretty good on the street, the addition of the SS lines should help firm up the braking. A dual master would be a big plus also. The baers sure do look cool though! (notice no slots of holes)

'65-'66 with 16x8 wheels - tire size question

You might need to roll your fenders a bit, I used to run the 225/50/16 on my coupe. It was OK with alot of camber. http://www.289mustang.com/images/camber.jpg

I'd say 15 inches is pretty good for that camshaft profile.

    13" Cobra Disk Brake Brackets

The Mustang PBR's will take up to a 1.10 rotor, the new PBR's (from the C5 vette, and late Z06) will handle a 1.25 rotor. Plenty of off the shelf coleman rotors in 1.25" I think a 1.10 rotor will be OK for all but the very very fast road racers.
