    Okay, So say I do have to replace a cylinder because of a leak....about how much do you think that is going to cost me. What about a leaking hardline? Also, excuse the inexperience but what does bleeding the brakes mean? Pumping them after adding fluid or something? :shrug::bang:

    I have the 3.5 gears already. but yah i was looking for the keepin the tires planted aspect of it. Also, about how to get goin a little faster by making the shifting of weight from the front to the back to the tires more efficiant....did i confuse anyone, let me know?     289 "k" code, hi-po, only 41k miles on it, completely stock....So whats it worth? If to general of a description, let me know and ill add more info.

    Since it takes alot of rear gear to get a '66 289 movin, can anyone give me options or steps to take to getting better suspension for better torque? P.S. IM NOT RICH!!, emphasis on the "steps" part. :) P.P.S. The car is ABSOLUTELY Stock. I aint got nuthin cool but flowies and hi-po manifolds...

    Usually at drag events on the track, you usually see all the bigger engines runnin....302's, 350's, 351's, 400's, etc. But (in my experience) I usually dont see many 289's out there.     Performance Air cleaner for motocraft 2barrel?...

    Most, if not all air cleaners that are sold now (performance wise) require a 5 1/8" neck fitting...my motocrafts neck is SLIGHTLY bigger, maybe by a quarter inch... Maybe i could buy a 5 1/8" anyway and mod it so that it will fit...does that sound like a stupid idea...? FEEDBACK PLEASE! thanks guys

    I actually was trying to do it for the hp. But this motocraft wasnt stock. Most likely, since my engine is hi-po, it was an autolite 4100 that was stock. Which means i actually lost hp with that downgrade...but even with that, will it REALLY not give me any hp?

    Air cleaner for motocraft 2100D? Anyone got one?

    Every air cleaner i look up, mostly holleys and edelbrocks wont fit the neck diameter of my motocraft 2bbl. They make them for 5 1/8" neck diameters, but i mines slightly wider. Anyone who has a motocraft 2bbl and has a badarse air cleaner for it....can ya tell me where to get them? thanks guys
