    Is there a downside to running colder (Ford Racing 3V0) plugs when not using the nitrous? Does horsepower or fuel milage suffer? Do I need a custom tune to run the colder plugs when the nitrous is off?

    15" wheel for back of my '06

    I tried to use an aluminum 15" wheel from a '94 6cyl. so that I could use my Mickey Thompsons to go to the track. They would not even clear the back calipers. Do I have to by a speacial wheel or is there a cheap aluminum factory wheel that will go on over the brakes?

    I have not had any problems with mine at all. According to American Racing they will keep up with all Weld warranty issues, so give them a chance to make it right.

    I know that on some of the cars (not just Mustangs) that I have built for other people that has happened, with the cheaper hoods especially. I really can't say it enough, spend the extra money and get a Cervinis, your body / paint person will love you for it!!!!

    Even with the 315's I did not have any trouble and I do not have spacers on mine, seems to me that I read somewhere that the first couple of batches were built with the wrong offset. By the way did you know Weld is going through bankrupcy right now (I know because I am a Weld dealer).

    Not even close! I can raise it all the way up with no trouble at all. Everyone at first thinks it must block your view, but I let them sit in it and they see that there is no problem.

    No it doesn't hit the windshield. It works perfectly. Cervini's has the absolute best finished products I have ever used, and I have literally painted and installed 100's of hoods and pieces of ground effects from different companies.

    When the hood first came in I thought OMG! there is noway my wife will be able to see! When I put it on and sat behind the wheel the view was almost unaffected. The real test was my wife and so far no complaints (she uses it for a daily driver).

    I painted mine in my shop, used PPG single stage black and added a flattening agent to get it to about 60% gloss. It will be there as long as the rest of the paint on the car. Any body shop should be able to do this for a nominal fee (cheaper than buying the plastice piece).
