the good thing is, it isn't that much to replace because it's cheap plastic, it's just re-running it...

put ur car on a lift and check to exhaust piping for these wierd looking plugs before and after your cat...Also get a fluke or multimeter and your haynes manual and plug up the voltage on your o2 sensor and just run some simple checks...It took my about 30 minutes to get to the ones right after...

There are alot of sells on ebay right now for just front bumpers (Stock OEM and Kit style) about 75-150 plus shipping...Thats about the cheapest i seen, just check out there sells and percetage and you should be good to go..

i think you should play it safe and check your o2 sensors first, because i had just so happened to have one of mine disconnected...and i have been getting the same errors also....

i haved that same problem when i installed it on my o1 sport trac...That noise is annoying

i was told it's fairly simple, as long as you have a sping compressor tool, because doing it with a jack is for people who have done this before and understand the risk that they are takin. How hard is it just to go to Autozone to rent one, most of the time for FREE...

i get it, it's either about bragin right's or a real NEEDED Upgrade, TMX that's i good way to sum up what ur saying and i agree totally, i'd rather spend 200 on a sound system or sway bars then a CAI, to bad i did already....

Simple green is great, but not if you painted some of your interior surfaces....

what year is your pony, because mine is doing the same exact thing and i have already replaced 2 of my o2 sensors...also how much did the Alt cost you to get replaced...

so pretty much the conculsion of this thread is that your end up paying for a name rather than the performance of the part? So why are CAI or WAI given so much attention if they are proven not to really do anything?

This is to all in the area, i am looking to setup some get togthers some time real soon and trying to find out is anyone interested...I am on deployment right now but will be home in 12 days...If there are any clubs or groups in the area, i would like to join and by all mines not trying to cut...
