    5.0 Coyote Swap

Had a chance to drive a '14 today with 6spd. I now understand how this swap can be so desirable lol. Why buy a $36k car when you can swap one into a 4cyl fox so much cheaper.

Battery In Trunk To Do Or No?

Yeah, daily drivers. The winter was a little sluggish at times starting but they worked fine. Left them in the engine bay, though, so had to alter the tray they sat on but worked fine. The looks on some people's faces when you popped the hood was pretty fun.

Battery In Trunk To Do Or No?

Not sure what crank amps are required for the 5.0 but both my dad and I used lawnmower batteries in our 2.5 turber dodges and they lasted for years.

My First Fox. 86 Gt Vert

Couldn't locate the tag in the darker storage unit but the tires are 15's. At 70mph I was around 2000 rpm, 60mph was around 15 or 1600rpm. Did these come with limited slip? I always thought they were one leggers. Also found what I was looking for at RetroSoundUSA, that's if I think it's...

My First Fox. 86 Gt Vert

Been searching for the past month or two months. I have a few questions, first being the rear end. It's an auto and the last 4-way intersection before the storage unit I though to have a little fun. I expected a one legger but both broke lose.... was rather satisfied when it shifted into 2nd...

Looking To Get My First Fox...

Yeah I'll have to wait and see. I've priced cars down south and what it'd cost to fly down and drive back. Looking at spending more than what some clean foxes go for here.

Looking To Get My First Fox...

Hey, SN. Had this account created years ago, lost interest and now back in the market. Not sure if this is the correct spot for this but from what I've seen it's pretty close. In the link below is a car relatively local(a few hours) that I'm wanting to go check out this weekend and I may just...

    Opinions please!

i'd be more worried about rust and whatnot than the 1/4 time. you live in southern IL so you should hop over sometime and check the car out in person. from what i've seen, the fox bodies up here in the north, in good condition, can be worth a little money so $4-4.5k might be a reasonable price...

    how much hp?

but if not tuned correctly. i'd think $50 would be worth a dyno run to see if the car was tuned right and such.

    The 5.0 is back

maybe ford realized the mullet-mobile is a better bang for the buck and want to do something about it? it's cool but it just doesnt do anything for me like a good ole' fox does.

LX tails are cleaner though. :P i love both 'stangs and old mopars so this is interesting. there's an "AAR" 'cuda in a neighboring town but i have no idea how to tell if it's a true AAR. haven't stopped to get the vin either but it just sits out in the guys driveway... no garage or anything...

    '94 cobra in '88 coupe?

I'm looking at a couple local fox's and one is an 88 roller with everything needed... so they say. it's a 94 cobra 5.0 and i was curious how easily, or, how hard would it be? i understand they went to the maf in the late 80s but wasnt sure on the 94-95 years. tranny isnt identified so i'm not...
