    New gas tank suggestions please

We installed new SS fuel lines, original style. The tank we had had the outlet in the same area as stock, so we simply used AN fittings and attached the braided hose to the fuel line, we did shorten the hard line somewhat.

    New gas tank suggestions please

We intstalled a Fuel Safe fuel cell purchased from Reenmachine in our 65. Fit was same as stock, we opted for the standard 16 gallon variety. It fits like the original. The outlet is similar to original. We do have a vent out the top of the fuel cell exiting below the taillight panel thru the...

Who makes the best quality Shelby fiberglass parts?

They are all pretty bad. We had a '65 FG hood from Maier and after sitting, it warped so bad we trashed it and had a steel hood fabricated with the scoop. By time we were done, it would have been cheaper tohave gone with the steel to begin with. We also had the rear decklid with the spoiler...

1969 Mustang Paint and body work pricing help

If the factory primer has failed, then you have to go to the metal to eliminate the problem. Most good body shops won't want to paint over anyone else's body work. If it fails, then the paint fails and guess who you'll be mad at? Going Black adds cost as it has to be REALLY straight or it will...

    Leaf spring/shock suggestion

I concur with rbohm. we're using the flex form composite leaf springs. Significant weight reduction along with the ability to pick whatever springrate you want. we are using 225# springs with Bilstein shocks on our '65. purposely a little stiffer. They are custom made for you
