    recommended tires

    Pirelli or BFG - made the switch to Pirellis from Michelin Pilots and its a completely different feel. They're much softer - feels like youre riding on a pocket of air - but you also burn through them a bit quicker...also had a set of Goodyear Eagles way back - burned through em in 8000 miles...

    +1 Salvage yards only make money by buying cars for less than they think they can part them out for, so I highly doubt they'd give you as much for it as you could get parting it out yourself...

    Do you actually know this 'very good Mustang/Ford tuner'? Or did the person youre buying from just tell you he knows what he's doing? 425 w/ only exhaust mods suggests to me that either he's running the 10lb pulley or that thing is preettty darn lean - either of which isnt best for the stock...

    2 inches too big, but not a bad design... The description of the car cracks me up - he goes through every mod on the car, and then at the end (almost as an afterthough): "Ohhh yeahhh - it also has a roots style supercharger..."

    Wait, I'm confused - I thought this was the setup you were already running...? Or did you update your My Garage with the new engine but leave the old dyno sheet? In any case, what fuel delivery system were you running when you maxed it out @ 15psi?
