    yes I see this post is a year old ,but here is a pic of my cai. on my 92 2.3l. its made out of 2.5 inch alum. bent into a 62 degree bend.

    I replaced my air intake pipe and muffler with a 3 inch pipe and 3 inch ruber conectors. I belive thats what your asking. 2.3l 1992 I had race parts solutions bend a 3 inch piece of aluminum into a 62 degree bend, thenused there conectors. looks great. i need to get some pics and postem.

    has anyone put a face plate in .

    Has anyone put in a face plate in the speedo gage area. i seen a chrome one that fills in around the speedo and tack, is the speedo head hard to get out on a 92 stang.

    new convertable top color

    my vert is light blue. with a wite top. when it comes time for me to replace i will probly go with the bright white. but black would be ok too. it'll change the way your stang looks. so its up to you what you like. look up stangs in your color and see if you xan find it with the diff color tops...

    I will need to take some photos but i still in the stone ages with camera. you know that long flimsy stuff they used to call film, well as soon as i get them i will post a engine and parts under hood for ya.

    I replaced my silencer with a 3 inch aluminum tube that i had custom bent thru race parts solutions, had it bent to a 60 degree bend. and then bought there silicon conectors and polished it up. looks as nice as any cai on the market and it still uses the original air box.

    the 1992 heads are set up for 2 plugs per head. is your other head 1 plug or 2 plug. it should fit if 2 plug. hope it helps

    have you confirmed that you have spark. if you do then you need to make sure you get fuel. ,when you turn the ignition key to on position you should here the fuel pump kick in , its at the rear of the car. if its working, you need to check and make sure its getting air into the motor. sometimes...

    strut tower brace

    I am using the blue oval strut tower brace in chrome for the 5.0. on my 2,3 .1992 convertable. the bar rubs on the bottom of the hood. so the hood sticks up about a 1/4 inch, but its ok with me.if i took out the hood insulation it would be ok.
