    96 cobra stock gears vs 373

    I have a 97 cobra with 4.10s and love them if I were you I'd go with 4.10s and the gas mileage is not much different than stock . The place you will notice your mileage the most is if you drive interstate much but its still not that bad also I would go with a X-pipe instead of a h-pipe it...

    Centerforce Dual Friction

    I use the centerforce dfc and I like it have had no problems and the clutch pedal is still as lite as my stock clutch was . Ow ya I make alot of passes down the 1/8 & 1/4 mile leaving on the mat with no problems yet

    New Tranny advice

    you will have to relocate your trans cross member because the tko's mounts are in a different location its really easy to do not much work involved. I also have a TKO 600 in my cobra and am very pleased

    96-98 cobra ?'s

    I have a 97 cobra and I love it I have never had any problems with mine and I now have 130k on it and have all factory stuff on it like water pump and starter and stuff like that they are great cars

    97 Cobra w/ T56 - Need some help here..

    he's right a speed cal is the only way to correct your speedo in the 96 to 98 cobras a tuner cant do in because your car still uses the old speed gear and not a sensor hope this helps

    speed sensor

    I had to buy one and you can pick one up at your local dealership pretty cheap. I broke mine doing a trans swap
