I think i had the same problem as you. I have an 06 auto too and had 4.10's installed and they didn't retune my car right, so i had no power in lower rpm's. I got a better tune now, and it runs great. Feels like i have a ton of power out of the hole. So you probably need a better tune if you...

How long do i have to wait before i can wax newly painted parts?

I sometimes do have to go a little sideways up bumps so the bumper doesnt scrape. It is not a huge problem though if you go slow, but my car is not lowered.

I hope i am eventually gonna run him, but i have never run at the track, so idk what my car does. I do have nitto 555's though, so i should run a littel faster as "07gtfolife" said. If I do ever run him, i will make sure i post the results though. He is not a good driver though.

Thanks for the input everyone. It turns out all I had to do was clear the engine problems with my tuner. Now I am feeling the power I am supposed to be getting!:D

This is the first time it has ever come on for the 1 1/2 years i have had the car, so im guessing its because i dont have a proper tune.

I have a tuner, but i guess its a little messed up because now the check engine light is on.

Should the 4.10 gears slow down my car? When i push on the gas goin about 40, it feels alot slower than when i had the stock 3.31's(I have an auto). Even from a dead stop it does.

He does have a manual, but he is not the greatest driver and has no mods.

I have an 06 auto Mustang GT with 4.10 gears, cai, underdrive pullies, 62mm throttle body, BBR side exhaust, o/r x-pipe, lower control arms and SCT II with 93 octane tune. He has a stock 6.0 liter GTO. Who do you think will win from a dig?
