95 5.0 is super slow! Why? Please help!

How much difference in highway MPG does the 4.10's make? I might have to use my 95 to commute to work on occasion (about 4 weeks out of 8) and that's 135 miles r/t on the freeway. Man I hate this drive :(

95 5.0 is super slow! Why? Please help!

The problem is I hear a lot of "like it should", etc. etc. What are you expecting exactlya nd what do you have to compare it too? My 95 Auto vert isn't all that quick either. It gives a little stuff in the seat and it's fun, but it won't break them loose from a stop, and it's not all that...

    TRANSMISSION!!! NO!!!!!

The fact that you keep adding fluid has me puzzled. Do you have any leaks? I've seen this with low fluid before, but if it's full it sound like maybe a torque converter or something like that.

Those who have done A-arms or an aftermarket K, help

spiders and bugs and webs OH MY......

I have found the best way to get rid of the black widows is WD-40 and a lighter, or carb cleaner and a lighter, or... oh anything flammable and a lighter :D I coat them first then send a flamethrower after them. It's quite amusing. I kinda like fire.

spiders and bugs and webs OH MY......

I live in Tucson too. A couple of years ago I was under my 83 blazer doing a brake bleeding. The wife was pressing the pedal and talking on the phone with her mom while I worked the bleeders under the truck. I had a halogen light on the ground at the top of the driveway while I was working at...
