new o2 sensors, new harness, high idle??

Hi man, I guess that you are facing the same issue I had before: http://www.stangnet.com/mustang-forums/threads/rpm-rising-to-3k-after-installing-new-o2-sensors-please-help.835200/ it might be different harness and you might need to re-pin it. If your fox is 1990 then I am sure it's the same...

Best Manual Transmission for these Mods

Yes I have heard also about world class T-5, but everyone here I hear talks about Tremec 3550, TKO 500 or TKO 600. TKO500 is almost the double price of world class T-5, I am not sure if it would be a best investment to get TKO500!!

OK... I thought that Tremec 3550 & TKO 500 are technically the same! As I understand from the previous owner (someone in the army who drives a tank as well), he never rebuilt ..so maybe it was rebuilt between 1990 and the time that this guy owned it??.. and when I bought the car in 2007, the...

Is 3550 the same as TKO500 ? How smooth is it compared to stock or any heavy duty T-5? If I am not wrong, yoke should be replaced to 31?? Clutch is the same as stock?

I should then start from TO bearing diagnosis and see how it goes. By the way, I do have BBK FW adjuster and BBK single hook clutch quadrant. When I installed BBK cable coming with the kit, it got damaged in few months.. then many have recommended to use the stock cable since it's stronger, I...

    92 GT power problem...

What Distributor you have ? you need also to check all of your plugs are igniting. I had something similar to hesitating rpm when I accelerate. when I did the right plugs for that head, changed the distributor to motorcraft with TFI module, I got my car running great. Also check for any vacuum...

Any idea about this noise - Watch this video?

No, this happens only when the car is warm enough. I did that simple test: I waited until the noise comes on, then removed the serp belt, the noise is still there! which makes me forget about 1-4 check list, am I right ? Now because the noise is stil there when I shut the engine off (for few...

I thought that my & mechanic's inspection for leak could be enough, but you are right I might need to spray and check.. How would i tell if i am spraying on leaking parts?

I changed the throw-out bearing recently (FRPP).. also I did replaced the stock retainer with FRPP steel. I agree if I shut the engine off then some parts inside the transy can still spin freely (maybe a bearing in the transy itself) but never heard that TO bearing of clutch does the same...

Any idea about this noise - Watch this video?

When I press the clutch, most of the time I hear the tone changes (and few times it goes away), when i release the pedal it comes back to first tone.. that's why in the begining i thought it's the clutch's bearings.. but the fact that the sound comes for seconds when I stop the engine which...
