There is one bolt for each strap located behind the gas tank. I think it's a 15mm or 16mm. You need to support the tank before you loosen the straps.

I replaced my cluster, which became quite the job when I had to re-pin the connectors. I also changed the steering wheel and since I have the GT bumper, I added a new headlight switch with fog lights. Everything works!! I surprise myself sometimes.

sway bar Mine is rattling up front and it's the sway bar bushings. So I would definately check them if you have them.
