    Yep, California. But I'm running XE-270AH and a tune and stuff. I don't think my stock exhaust can help me anymore. I'd practically have to swap in my old stock motor to pass and if I do that I would swap the exhaust back as well.... or just pay someone off and not get greasy.

    Degreeing cams

    This is why you need to degree the 270 cams. I had some PTV contact and maybe screwed up my valves? I'm not sure. They look fine but can you tell just by a visual? What do you guys think I should be concerned with?

    Drag radials on stock rims

    I have a 1996 GT with stock rims. I want to know how big I can go with drag radials. I read about some with 315/40/17, but I don't know if that fits on the rims I got. I know they balloon out a bit, but the widest normal tires I've had are 255/40/17. Right not I have bald a** 245/45/17's.

    I've done it both ways. I have found that it is easier to leave the motor in the car. It saves a lot of time on your back.
