Yeah, what was the deal with the lack of Mustang II's? I saw 2 King Cobras, 3 Cobra II's and the Western Mustang and that was it. Didn't see a lot of 79-82 Mustangs either, I guess they're getting harder to find.

I ordered a wheel/tire set from Latemodelrestoration that came with 255/40zr17 tires. A couple of people mentioned that they looked smaller, which, when calculated, they're about a 1/2 inch smaller in overall diameter, not too big of a difference. Anyone have this size tire and have any...

Hey, thanks. That's it, and a pretty good deal. For $400 more I can have new tires w/mounting & balancing done also. Lot of great stuff on their site and $15 shipping no matter how much you order. Anybody have good experiences with them?

ebay & craigslist has nothing. Local salvage yards have never seen them. Anybody know of any wholesale parts suppliers that would have them?

No real mods to either. Trying to decide if I want to change the wheels on both and if I want to do engine upgrades on the '01.

I'd paint it orange and turn it into the General Lee. Then go out and race V-tec's that never have mechanical defects.

1. I just bought new tires so my stock 17x8's can swap over 2. Trying to keep the car original (other than upgrading to the better rims)

Too bad he didn't live around here. This area is Camaro central and could sell it for a lot of money. On more than one occasion I've seen guys around here who get the window decal on their car spelled "Camero"........man I wish I lived somewhere else.

Is there a good place to buy stock-sized 17x8 Bullitt rims that's a better deal than Mustangs Unlimited? I believe they charge around $500 for theirs shipped.

Anybody on here belong to the Central IL Mustang club or know where everyone meets around here?
