    Perell P Zero Tread Life

I got almost 36k out of my stock P-Zero's. I'm generally a calm driver; lots of highway milage, and not a huge amount of hard launches, or flinging it around a corner. But, maybe 10% of the time, if I'm in the middle of nowhere, I may drive like a jackass. Just replaced mine about a month...

    Pacesetter headers

They're nicknamed Pace*****er for a reason.... I'd save up for a better set, probably JBA's in my opinion

Can you get a set of golf clubs in the trunk?

I've had no problems getting two bags in with the seats up, and three with the rear seats folded. I will say that kickstand type bags are a bit easier than big cart bags. Either way, you should be able to fit at least two bags comfortably.

Serious interior flooding issues with my car!!!

The same thing happened to me... Mine was leaking both from the windsheild seal as well as the air box. Ford fixed both, and replace the whole carpet, insulation, padding, and rear seat. I haven't had any problems since they fixed it, so at least they know where the problem lies and how to...

NastyStang is Pushing the Limits !!

Awesome numbers.... but I'd bet that there is some more hidden in there with a better tune. The MAP signal starts to get a bit noisy after ~3.5k, and I'd be willing to bet that can be cleaned up and smoothed out. After some more testing and dyno tunes, I wouldn't be surprised if you find some...

    NEED SERIOUS OBDII HELP...

I would assume that the issue is with the rear O2 sensors and your longtubes. This theory also assumes that you do NOT have catalytic converters, which would cause all of the codes you mentioned. If you don't have cats, you will fail the emissions visual regardless of what codes are being...

    Battery Relocation ?

I'm assuming when you grounded the negative in the trunk, that you removed any paint on the metal before grounding it? I know it seems like a simple solution, but it is stupid little things like that, that are the easiest to forget. Even if you did scrape all the paint off, try adding some...

    HELP!!! STRUT TOWER BOLT SHEARED

I'll agree that you have a faulty torque wrench. It has happened to me in the past. Some torque wrenches, especially cheap ones (i.e. don't go to harbor freight) are notoriously inaccurate, and some aren't even close, leading to problems like this. One other thing you mentioned.... you say...

    WOW IM MAD!!!!!!

Oddly, the paint is the one thing that I haven't had a problem with yet. My vista blue still shines like it did when I bought it new. Now if we were talking about firewall grommets leaking water into the interior, wheel centercaps breaking and falling off, seized brake calipers, faulty TPMS...

Anyone’s GT leak in the rain???

Yep, mine leaked as well. Passenger side foot well had about 3/4" of standing water in it. The dealer fixed the leaks and replaced the carpet under warranty. Apparently it is a fairly common problem for leaks in the cowl and windshield area.

    Passenger footwell water leak?

Sorry, I should have been more specific, I was wondering what problems to look for that directly related to the SJB and water damage. I knew about the spark plug issue, but that is totally unrelated to the leak in the foot well. I haven't noticed any major electrical issue yet, but I would...

    Passenger footwell water leak?

Thanks for the information guys, and sorry that I've been missing for so long. Are there any SPECIFIC electrical issues that I should be looking for regarding the SJB and water damage? I have been thinking recently that it seems like my front door woofers (Shaker 500) seem to only work...

    Passenger footwell water leak?

Hey guys, We've had a decent amount of rain here in the past few days, and when I was out a couple days ago, I noticed water dripping from under my dashboard into the passenger footwell. When I stopped at a parking lot to check it out, the drip was constant, and the passenger floorboard was...

    Show Me Your Drag Radials

Heavy, I never get tired of looking at your car....Those super beefy nittos with the deep dish lip just look SO nice on your car. Sorry to de-rail the thread a bit, but how far are you lowered?

WOW! more pics of my car...LOTS!!!!!!!

Great looking pics Kool! I wish I could keep my car that clean, yours always looks fantastic. I do wonder though... do you have any issues with the hood pins rusting? I saw one at the dealership the other day that had what looked like a bit of rust around the ring end at the end of the...

    did a little interior work.

Very nicely done! I really, REALLY like the center armrest cover. Makes me wish that I had bought leather on mine, just so that I could do a similar mod. I wish that I could sew half as well as you can... The few times that I've attempted, it looks like I was a parkinson's patient sewing...

    Parking Brake

That's kinda scary that the e-brake cable would have snapped already, although that does sound like what you're describing. If you felt it pop, then it could have either broken, or just popped out of its bracket. If you noticed it gradually, you could for some reason be wearing the rears...

New Intake Cover & Playing w/LED's

I personally don't like the lights in the hood scoop either... But as long as you like it, that's all that really matters. That being said, I'd be willing to bet you'll eventually get pulled over having those on at night. Quite a few people here have complained about being pulled over for...

anyone think of putting a tach on your hood?

Even cooler, a buddy of mine has a 1970 Nova SS, with a 4" cowl, and the entire hood is lined with the reflective dynomat type insulation for protect some of the paint. We put an LED shift light at the very front of the cowl, pointed at an angle. Now when that shift light turns on, instead of...

Getting rid of the 2005-up throttle dead-play?

I'm still waiting for someone to come up with a kit to retrofit a throttle cable into the S197. Why the newer drive-by-wire systems have become so popular, I'll never know... Why overly complicate things? Even though I wasn't around for them, I miss the days when if you had a 9/16" socket and...
