This is a mjor problem all across the Ford brand, DPFE's are junk, Ford said they revised them after they figured they were junk. Buy new Ford OEM part, not a car parts store brand since they are just copies of the original junk part

Third If you start it up and it just jumps the revs all the way up. With it off check to see if the butterfly is stuck open on the carb
Those tires are junk, goodyears generic alternative to "performance". I've had more people tell me the crap sumitumos are better. Another thing you're off balance with the 255/285. If you havent already, better look into your under/oversteer
I don't see how replacing banjo bolts will fix his problem. OP said they changed the pads/brakes, they shouldn't have messed with the brake lines.. You could still replace them though

Not really, some of the Scheduled Maintenance isn't necessary, like changing the air filters and trans fluids at very low mileage. It is yet another scheme to get more money out of you.
