    Aeromotive Pressure Creep

BIG x2 on this, I talked to Brett several times on Friday and he patiently solved a couple of problems I had, not just on the regulator, but the entire fuel system... I strongly recommend that the OP call Brett. One of the better techs out there, any company.

    Aeromotive Pressure Creep

You're powering the pump with a 12 ga. wire from a relay and the ground is clean and tight, right?

front crank seal: which side of timing cover is it installed from?

Also check your balancer for a wear groove...if there is one, you can get a sleeve that presses over it. BE SURE to lube the balancer and seal when you install.

    351w combo

185's and a custom cam, IMO. Ask your cam builder about the carb and intake, it's OK to run a single-plane on the street.

    C4 swap ???

+1 and the bolt circle is 10.5" so you have more off-the-shelf converter choices.

    Question About Welders/Welding

I welded my seams with an inexpensive 110V MIG. Practice on a LOT of 16 ga. first. Get the power and the feed set just right. It's easy even for a noob like me to weld when you're comfortable, welding flat, right side up. With the TB's you are going to be under the car in all sorts of tight...

Thanks guys...I was gently *tapping* with a ball peen, then after reading your replys, I *gently* heated it and then gently *banged* it with a 9lb., rotating slowly as I went. Presto!

How to Remove ABS Reluctor Wheel?

I am trying to install long wheel studs in my '88 Turbo Coupe axles, and in order to do it the reluctor wheel must come off. Anybody removed them before? How?

    351W with C4...Do I need change driveshaft?

I am running a C4 behind a 351W on an AJE Kmember with HPM drop solid mounts and a FRPP crossmember with an energy suspension trans. mount, and the stock-length FRPP aluminum DS fits perfectly. So IMO the length is OK, I am not sure about the yoke on your stock DS being OK with your C4 but...

    Turbo Coupe Calipers

Careful man, that's where I got mine and one bleeder screw was 7/16. So I'm bleeding last night at around 1 by myself on the cold concrete floor with my 7/16 and I go over to the left caliper and the wrench is too big, so dam I go get the 3/8 and take another dive and it's too small. 10mm on the...

    C4 or Glide

OK just my opinion, I have a lot of 1st hand experience with C4's and none with Powerglides. That said: Pros for the C4: 3 speeds 2.42 first (better with your 3.55's) vs. 1.76 in PG cheap, plentiful performance parts, easy to rebuild Lighter Made by Ford The guys I know running...

Is this engine build even close to realistic?

If your max budget is 15 including the blower, I don't think you'll have enough to get all the trick valvetrain parts and QUALITY forged internals to turn 8,000RPM (for long). Don't even think about running less than 91 octane in a nice performance motor, ever. You say 450 hp with a flat...

    Belt Problem

Then I'm with Bolt on 5.0 - I think you really need to take a close look at all your brackets, then the bolts, then the pulleys. Also make sure there is nothing loose that could be hitting your belt.
