You can do the cleaning things but you need to have the tune adjusted. your running way to lean and the tune is the only thing that's going to fix it.

Ball joints will ware in time as you drive. There is a tolerance for the amount. The manual will have this.

I'd look at the fuse panel behind the passenger kick panel and make sure it's not wet inside. that will cause your problem

You will need all the v6 front end pieces. including the grills.

I changed mine and everything fits like a glove. If the pipes don't line up you may just have to tweek them.

No there is a extream amount of code in the tune. You have fuel curves timing o2 on or off and a Hell of a lot more.

I haven't had mine at the track yet but that is the concenses on times. You can feel it right away. Go for it

I got mine right from Ron. Its a great piece no problems at all.

Kooks are some good header, although I have the AR header with catted H and they fit like a glove. If you go with Kooks I think Tillman Speed is still having there special going on. Talk to CR.

Try Adam at ST Motorsports. He's one of the best out there.

I would go with a Tillman Speed tune. I had a 93 custome tune by CR and then we dyno tuned it which made it even better. Also VMP has some great tunes, I haven't used them because Tillmans is down the street form me
