    Help Engine quits when gearing down!

    Maybe someone can verify this but I have been told that dirty throttle body and egr can cause this problem also. Is your car and AOD?? Mine is doing this occationally also and I have a tune up planned, to include cleaning the TB and EGR. Will let ya know if this solves my problem.

    Still have work to do but its coming along. Here are the best pics I have of the car so far! Since the interior pics were taken I have steam cleaned the seats and carpet. The interior is not as bright really as it appears in the pic. The engine is showing its age while pretty clean over all.

    I got them from 5.0Resto.com or Late Model Restoration Supply...same same...They were 79 or 89 dollars for 6 pcs. In reply to 91FoxSaleenGTLX, after studying them for a few minutes they were easy for sure.

    I know that everyone has seen the lights but I wanted to share as I am happy with them. My buddy and brother helped out. It rained here in E. TN most of the day so it was a good day for doing this.
