    Suspension bind has nothing to do with the upper or lower arms being adjustable. The only time we recommend adjustable lowers is if you swapped out to an aftermarket rear end housing or you are only racing the car.

    If your happy with your alignment leave your plates alone but if you want more caster you need to swap your top plates from side to side. The bearing mount should be toward the bulkhead/firewall so you can increase your caster over stock.
