    R&R entire upper and lower manifold on a 91 GT (random 5.0) is 4.1 hours book time 2.1 hours for just the upper intake. figure another half hour or so to transfer parts to a new plenum.

    the pcv valve is plumbed into the intake manifold right? that vacuum from the intake is pulling the oil vapors (and air) out of the crankcase and into the intake to be burned. the other side of the pcv system is the inlet plumbed into the intake tube before the throttle body but after the MAF...

    p1504 is IAC ckt malfunction p0500 is VSS p0113 is IAT ckt high input (unplugged or break in the wire) i had an 07 focus kick my ass doing the same thing youre describing. p1504 being thrown IIRC and it turned out to be a bad TB. i just checked my hotline contact history and its not there...
