Sweeeet. I hadn't seen the clip of that Arvinode on the K-code Mustang. Here are some sound clips of the Arvinode on an I-6, which is what I'll be going to in the next few months.

The only Inline-6 the 1971 Mustangs came (stock) with was the 250. Not saying it isn't possible, because I've seen it plenty of times, but I wouldn't think someone would replace a 250 with a 200 or a 170.

No idea, but it was a very small number, I know that much. Of the total 126,538 64-1/2's produced, 28,833 were convertibles. Of those, about 10,000 of them were D-codes. Obviously there were even less K-codes, and of those, who knows how many were Poppy Red. The records were destroyed...

Really? I didn't know the stock was off-centered. I had heard a lot of things about the Explorer being off-center, and people would need to shorten one side of the housing. Is it the same for 8" as well? Or, are the measurements you gave just for the 9"? (I would think they're all the same...

You can put Recaro Elite 2000s (I think is what they're called) from Jegs in there and I hear they feel great. A lot of people put in later model seats, but it might take some fab work. Shouldn't be too bad though

Dang, your exhaust must be hot. My parking brake cable (it's not an E-brake) never worked and kept hittin the driveshaft, so I tied it to the exhaust pipe. No problems... It's made of steel cable, how did it break?

Just out of curiosity, have you driven it? Mine used to do this in the morning when it was cold, but after a couple minutes of warming up, it stopped.
