    Any check engine light appearing? Personally I'd bump timing to at least 14 deg advanced for starters, higher if it doesn't ping. Gently clean the two maf elements with electronics cleaner and then clock the MAF. New ACT/IAT/o2's wouldn't hurt either.

    New 5.0 to the Stable!!

    It may not be a bad clutch. I bought mine pretty much stock with 74k. PO replaced the clutch and cable. It was a cheap cable and the sheathing would slide around making it feel like crap. A MM Quadrant and FWA helped things out too.

    Cracked my lower intake

    Maybe the threads on the new sensor were f'd up? My explorer intake had a decent crack in the front left ear. Cost me about 30 bucks to have it fixed. I can't recall what they did besides welding it.
