    :notnice: There is a kid with a 351 in a mustang around here that is slow too. The 351 will not make the power a 460 will.You will need the added weight of a blower to make the power of the big block.Which will make the boat anchor even closer.

    Not much of a need for that simple ignition stuff.Stock stuff is plenty good enough.No reason to gap your plugs wider/larger.

    I believe Bob Kurgan runs about 1400h.p with a 363 boss block.Custom pistons though.

    Some people do well working those cobra parts compared to stock e7 stuff. Worth looking into over tfs or custom type hci combos.Have some fun either way.:nice:

    I would have a hard time spending that amount of money for a 331 personally. I would go with a larger stroker motor. What heads do you have?What else do you have already?Be specific maybe? How are you going to use an old tune on a different combo?What do you have for a computer?
