    MM control arms will they help?

    When I got an aluminum DS, it rubbed the e-brake cables/bracket. I got the adjustable LCA's for that very purpose. It's okay if the car is empty but if you have people in the back seat, it will rub still. I had to replace the uppers as well to prevent the slop in the pinion angle.

    how much brake fluid to flush the system?

    I did a complete flush at all four coners and filled a 2 litre bottle with fluid. That was (I think) about four standard bottles worth.

    5.0 vs 4.6 sohc...did I make the right choice?

    A 99-04 GT will run 13.3 with exhaust, gears and DR's. An SN95 5.0L can't do that. A 4.6L Cobra of the same period will run 12.9 with the same mods. An SN95 that runs 12's NA will not have the reliability of a 4.6L. If you simply want speed, and don't want to mess wiht the engine a whole...

    Defroster grid is shot - tint over it or replace it first?

    I am on the fince about this. My rear defroster grid is shot beyond repair (too many gaps in it) the only way to fix it would be to replace the rear glass. What would you do? Replace the glass first and then tint, or just tint over the broken grid?

    Mufflers only? Which to get..size etc..

    There isn't really aneed to increas the diameter of the tubing in your cat-back - stock is stainless already so you're ahead of the game if you just want to go with mufflers. The stock diameter is 2.25".

    That's a great write-up. Man I don't know about the "free" ABS check, it sounds scary, but at least it's there if I want to pursue it. Thanks for the replies guys. The ABS lighting up for 10 minutes, then going out is how mine acted before it went soild.

    I have an ABS light and I got a code scanner but there is nothing in the manual mentioning anything about an ABS sensor code. I guess I can just replace all the sensors but I'd rather be more methodical about it than that.
