    Pull the whole molding off and put new double sided tape on it and start from the front of the door and stick about 4" on it and press so its pretty much stuck on there and get a blow dryer and heat it up and as it warms up a bit, slowly put it on while pulling and stretching at the same time...

    I was also thinking of this swap myself, but when they say you need to make you own intake, why?? Wont the intake that was built for the head work or is there some clearance issues involved? Also, what Volvo model is this head on incase I come across one

    Isnt there clips that hold those moldings on? Oh well double sided tape is fine, just a pain in the ass when you want to take it off.

    maybe go get a turn down tip so that exhaust is directed down
