    On my '05 I tucked it underneath the sill without removing it. I brought it down the fender, through a grommet in the firewall, behind the kick panel, under the sill, behind the panel in the rear, then into the trunk and down into the spare tire well, which is where I mounted the trailer lights...

    BMWs have been using a system that uses engine oil to adjust the cam timing for some time now, and they only change the oil every 15k-18k miles! With folks regularly running BMWs over 150k miles, I've got to imagine this setup should also be able to work until something else on the engine...

    What tires for 18x9.5 wheels

    I'm pretty sure they're 255/45 18 in front, so they have the same diameter. I'm running the 255s all the way around on 18x9.5 on my '05 GT. The tread is about the same size as the wheel width, so some may think they tires look a bit small for the wheel. I like it, and it gives great...

    Fire extinguisher mount?

    I've been trying to figure out the same thing. Is there a way to mount something to the bottom front of the driver's seat? It seems like that would be a good place - out of the way, but easily accessible.

    MGW shifter question

    Mine is very solid. No movement at all. Maybe double check all the mounting bolts under the car to make sure nothing has come loose?
