    when i bought my car guy said he had installed underdrive pulley. i didn't believe him. my question is how can you tell i you have a underdrive pulley installed without taking the pulley off? i let my friend drive my car, has same year, same set up w/ out underdrive pulley and he says it...

    Alright guys, what's the stupid trick!?

    i had the same problem. you need to take off all the bolts that hold your header to the block. then pull the headers off the block a little and then you can see the whole and just line it up nice and easy. it will go in. also take your fingure and make sure nothing got in that hole that shouldn't.

    who is wrong?

    So go to Walmart buy Autolite plugs size 25, just like there little computer tells me. get home take my old plugs out and they are the same plugs just size 26. does anyone no the correct size spark plugs for a 1989/302 (25 or 26)

    Can someone please tell me what i would gap my spark plugs to with a 302... going with the Bosch Platinum Plus or the Bosch Platinum2...or does anyone think one is better then the other?

    Any no belt sizes?

    hey i have a 89 LX 302...I just removed my smog pump and A/C. I have the Ford Racing A/C delete bracket in, that relocates the P/S pump up. Does anyone have a ruff idea on what size belt i would need to use?

    Need help with A/C!

    Hey i have a 89 LX 302, and i hate my A/C. Everything is out(pump,compressor ect.) My problem is this...I bought the Summit Racing A/C delete bracket(relocates P/S pump up) I tried getting the 2-piece bracket on but it's to damn cold, my hands froze. Does anyone no a good site to help me...

    ordered a/c delete...but what size belt!?!?!?

    I have a 89 lx 5.0. I removed the smog pump and now just order the a/c delete braket from ford racing. The braket removes the a/c pump and relocates my P/S pump to where the a/c pump would be. Does any1 no what size belt i would need? so i removed the smog pump and a/c. moved the p/s pump...

    well i had half water half aint-freeze then the weather dropped real quick. a day or two later i noticed it...its not a head gasket, there not anti-freeze in the oil. do i have to take my headers off to get to the freeze plugs?

    its not the water pump i check it. i poor water into the water pump and it goes in then after about 1/4 of a gallon and a few seconds it leaks out, on the drivers side. the only water i see is underneath, and its running down the oil pan...thanks for all the tips, and please keep them coming .

    hey any1 no where all the freeze plugs are on a 89 lx 302? im leaking anti freeze from somewhere and i cant figure out from where. i check the two hoses on the rad. and the two for heat there all fine. if anyopne nos of any more hoses to check or where the freeze plugs are thanks a lot
