    2000 GT 5.4L dyno results

    Yes, its out of a 2003 F-150. It only has 11k miles on it. Like Mike was saying I am a little disappointed at the HP number but the TQ was exactly where we thought it would be. Just waiting for the HPS 5.4 intake to come out :D

    CAI TB and Plenum Installed! So i was able to get the UPR CAI, C&L Plenum and Accufab 75mm TB installed. Here are some pics. I will be installing the Dynomax Cat Back tonight... stay tuned!

    Well last night the coolant light came on .... checked it and it needed just a little. Its completely amazing that there are no leaks at all. Its running awesome! Almost no traction in 1st or 2nd.... and i was only mildly getting on it :lol:

    I used my SCT programer and loaded the baseline tune that Brian setup and damn it runs good now :D I am hoping to get an in car video soon maybe by the end of the week. I can't wait to get the x-pipe and cams installed :D

    O yeah ..... It definitely feels stronger than that 4.6. I was a little worried about driving it all the way to Columbus directly after we were finished but it ran GREAT! Once I made it Columbus I was able to get on it a decent amount and feels much better than the stock 4.6. The low end...

    4.6 to 5.4 Swap

    Thanks for the advice. I am not looking for much more than 300hp and 350 tq. Not wanting to spend a ton of money and for the price of putting another relatively stock 4.6 it only seems like a good idea to go with a 5.4. I'm not looking for 400hp + just something moderate.

    What seems to be a spun rod bearing in my 2000 GT has encouraged me to perform a engine swap. I am looking at VT Stage II cams for the 5.4 and an SCT chip tuned by a local dyno shop. The car currently has 3.73 gears and other than that its completely stock. Opinions and/or suggestions...
