    Mach is cheaper, since on the title it reads Mustang GT/ Mach 1 pkg. And the Cobra says SVT Cobra, so they charge more. Atleast they did when I bought mine. About 700 a year difference between the 2 for full coverage.

    Mach 1 short block

    Stock Mach compression is 10.1:1 so it will be more than your stock compression. If it was an 5 speed it has forged kellogg crank, rods are pistons aren't forged but are good for around a 150 shot.
