    Typo in the title. My OBD@ plug had a bad connector pin at #16. The flasher went dark when I plugged it in. Now the green/red at #16 has no power. Where does it get power? What fuse? Where to read on SN95 OBD2 pinout or diagrams and protocol? Thanks. Any help will be appreciated...

    Cobra Flywheel Weight??

    Most aftermarket aluminum flywheels for 4.6 have replaceable friction plates. I don't know whether the '03-04 Cobra's is removable or not. I think they may be turning it while on the flywheel. Anyway, a couple have said they have done it and it worked fine. We'll see.

    You can resurface an '03-04 Cobra flywheel if it is not scarred too deeply or burned real bad I've learned. Anyway, I bought a pretty decent looking one for $30 that needs a simple turn (?). So, we'll see how that goes. Thanks guys.

    4.6 aluminum block with 2v heads

    I have a '97 teksid alum block out of a Cobra. Worked fine. You'll need some small parts, like the tube under the intake manifold that carries the water to the rear of the block (name?), the front cover may have one bolt that doesn't line up (lots of threads talk about how to deal with that.)...

    These answers are all pretty right on. Here's what you need to think about though. You probably don't require a tune right now because your mods are minimal. But, you plan on more mods, some of which will require a dyno tune. I agree you should just get a SCT XCal II (example) or something...
