My '08 GT is stock and I've never had any throttle lag with it. Is this something that plagued only earlier S197s?

No offense meant to the V6 guys. Actually, a guy I work with brought in a V6 coupe and I was surprised at how much power it had. It's become a running joke between my wife and I. If we see another Mustang, we always comment on whether it's a Mustang or a gelding. :p

It's HIDs for both. The HIDs put out a wonderful bright light, but I wouldn't say they're $525 better... IMHO you could spend that money for a more useful option.
