I did a 28oz flywheel for my 363 and had the same problem. But, I was a knucklehead and kept tightening the stock bolts (for the pressure plate) into the flywheel until one of them broke. I believe the new bolts you need are 5/16 -18 x 1.

not sure if I understand your setup the way you have it written. you should have a feed line to each rail, then from each rail to the regulator with a single return from the regulator back to the tank. you might have to use a 45* fitting on the drivers side front to get around the dizzy. or...
