    my 2 cents: i would say slow down and wait the 500 or 1000 miles (up to you) to go above say 80 mph.....in 6th! I didnt go over 3K RPM in the first 4 gears, it was hard though! but there is also another school of thought here too.....alot of folks get on it hard from day 1, to break it in...

    :lurk: my 04 has cai and pulley, i had it tuned THEN switched the boost bypass hose, i assume the tune took out the factory lag feature....i should be safe right? ive been driving like this for almost a year now oh, and :hail2:

    Considering a Shelby... couple questions first

    gonna need an intake too... i dont like the hood clearance, will a 2.8 fit under there? i know a 3.4 wont...without a different hood.:notnice:

    very good point. i plan to do pulley/intake before the blower swap to see how it responds. i'll prob do the LT's then. for now though, i'm curious to hear it without the mufflers at all!! they are easy to remove.....

    no, but: i bought some plug and play for the shelby from www.mustangtailightsequencers.com. i forget what i paid, maybe 75 bucks, and they give you the option of returning your old harness for 30 bucks! very easy install and looks great!

    it took me a couple hundred miles to figure out where exactly it engages....maybe you are halfway in, halfway out? these clutches are soo much lighter than the termy cobras......
