    its not a broken off punch..it almost looks like it is a broken off small screw. But getting it to thread a small sheet metal screw is out of the question...i think the only option is to drill though...and i dont know if it will happen

    almost stock...that looks absolutely amazing....but I definately dont have that much time to put into it. I am pulling the motor for a rebuild, but I dont think ill will be able to do the whole tuck behind the fenderwells and weld the holes shut...but we will see. But i would rather pay...

    Well I cant really see any gear in there, unkless its a darker color gear that I just cant see. But has anyone ever taken the tailshaft off themselves?

    Well the transmission is reman'd...I forget by who. But anyway it seems like when I insert the speed sensor in the gears arents meshing. So according to your previous post I have a 8 tooth gear. But I just need the gears to mesh together. And I am not even sure that I have an 8 tooth gear...

    Well I have a 3.73 ratio and my speedo does not work. Ive tested and the cluster, cable, and speed sensor are all good. I bought the gear for the speed sensor from steeda.com and I still cant get it to work. I am thinking that it has to be the drive gear in the tailshaft of the transmission...
