    Carbon Kevlar Vs Fibreglass

A proper finish on fiberglass requires the use of polyester primer. Lay on 3 good coats and then block sand with 180 and 220, spray on 1 good coat of 2k primer and wetsand with 400, apply urethane sealer then base/clear as normal. Results will look no different than the steel.

    motor mounts fitment issue

The mounts are supposed to be in 3 pieces that all bolt to the car. The first piece is the rubber mount that bolts to the engine. The next piece that actually connects the rubber mount to the car should be broken up into 2 pieces and bolted together. In your pictures this looks fine also. Where...

    Exhaust suggestions

I have a Magnaflow system on my car with an X-pipe. I love the way it sounds, much quieter in the cabin at cruising than my Flowmaster and when you get on it it really sounds good. It has a nice sound at idle too. Another bonus is that it is stainless.

    Anyone try this yet???

I agree with you 100%. Why even bother making a classic look like a newer car. They are desirable for what they are. Dont try to make it look like something else just to be unique. I prefer a nice car with a few tastefull mods.

    Anyone try this yet???

This guy in Mass did something similar to this a couple years ago and he actually sells the bodykit on his website. Just look up Nemesis Mustang and you will find it.

    Compression problems, please help

I have blown a headgasket between 2 cylinders and the only symptom I had was no compression between both cylinders and a nasty skip to the engine, but it still ran.

This could also be a blown headgasket.

Motor mount - Short or tall

They use the lowering mounts with a 351 because the deck height is taller than a 289/302. I used the TCP mounts and they worked great in my 67 with a 302 block.

    Aluminum radiator advice

I talked to Griffin radiators directly and was told they are not bonded. They are fully welded and then they pour epoxy on after to eliminate fatigue at the tube ends.

67 Stang + big block radiator + 5.0 serpentine water pump

The 1970 Mustang 302 lower hose fit great. It is the Gates 20609 hose. I had to trim a couple inches off each end, but it fit great.

67 Stang + big block radiator + 5.0 serpentine water pump

I went to my local Consumer Auto Parts and they had hoses for a 1970 and 1971, which are different. The 71 is like the picture above, but the 70 seems to be the right size and shape. I am going down in the garage as soon as finish my late lunch to try it out. I will keep everyone posted...

67 Stang + big block radiator + 5.0 serpentine water pump

What I am finding online is that the 70 or later hose has a radiator opening at 1.75" but the engine side is 1.5". I need 1.75" on both ends.

67 Stang + big block radiator + 5.0 serpentine water pump

I am in the process of installing a big block radiator into my 67 Mustang. I have the drivers side inlet on the water pump and am trying to figure out what to do for a lower radiator hose. Has anyone figured this one out yet? What hose can I use for this setup?

    More videos and pictures

Looks good, but my opinion is that cowl induction hoods belong on Chevys. A GT500 or Eleanor hood would look more fitting on your car.
