    What you do is put the body on a truck frame. The unibody contruction simply does not lend itself to that. I know there are a few AMC products sitting on a F250 frame floating around. better off just make a roundy-rounder out of it.

    Your ECM is dying. had the same thing happen to mine. sending it out to ECM Depot - Welcome to ECM Depot to get fixed. @$200 a pop not cheap. Now I have to stop mine from burning out............

    You might be running lean. i think the camshaft you put in needs more gas and the stock injectors just cannot keep up with the demand. Check your plugs... are they white, bone white? if so you need bigger injectors. Do not go up too big in size, but go up at least one size. rated in pounds...

    Know your pain. i have a 92 with its second AAMCO trans, less than a 100 miles on it. It was 2 grand the first time around and free the second. trust me, go for the stick conversion. that trans is too weak and marginal to play with. Or you could just put in a front subframe and put in a v8...

    Welcome! You have the same problem I do! I have 92 stang in similar shape and I know what I could do, but do I really want to??? So I fix what i got and try to make it run.

    Good luck. I had mine done at AAmco, parts are getting in short supply. Try a C4 trans.
