Looked like a fun day at the track

I use AMS Oil and filter, Seems to be some good stuff, Does not turn black easy that is for sure. 6k on the first change and came out brown to dark brown. Not to dark at all...... Anyone ever have issues with this oil?

I have been trying them all.... Currently using ams oil and filter. After 5k the oil is still tan/brown. Liking this stuff so far.... Anybody have issues with this stuff yet

So I changed the alt. whine went away and so did my engine start die start issue that tripped the cam sensor. it was an ac ripple. Thank you for all your help. been going good for a few months now without any issues

Thanks I will check that A/C ripple test out this weekend while putting on new brakes and rotors. I know rebuilt is just as good I just have the second one in less than a year and I am just a little tired of buying alternators. (BTW Remanned). Just a pain.

Get your system checked there are to many reasons why this could happen. I do not think a system check would be all that expensive

Mine ticks once when it turns on and the rpms drop a little (at idle) then clicks when it is turning off and the engine rpms go up a little (at idle) almost like a sigh of relief :D. But at Idle the air warms and when driving it will cool but that is because the the compressor can keep up with...

I have a 99 with the same issue. This is due to a leak in the condenser line.(200 dollar line) When I shut the car off I can see where the leak is as well as hear the hiss. I also had this tested at a dealership. It could be a leak in the compressor as well. You may have to get the system tested.
