Try cleaning your maf and iac like said before and you could also clean your act sensor too. Maybe you could be getting some kind of voltage drop in the high rpm range? Does your electrical system check out. Just shootin ideas out into the blue!?!

You could also look into getting a moates qaurterhorse. Its basically the same as the tweecer but it has real time data logging and you can change any parameter while the car is running. It also has a lot better support than the tweecer and is updated religiously. Altogether it would cost you...
