I'm doing a V8 conversion to a 6 cylinder '65 Mustang. I keep reading that I have to swap the 6 Cylinder power steering pump, bracket (I understand this), slave cylinder and linkage for V8 set up. Why? Does the pump turn in opposite direction, is pump not able to supply slave cylinder...

Swapping Cobra F3ZE-AA heads onto a 289. Measured the valve stem to seat distance and the F3ZE valve stem is .200" taller than C5AE valve stem. Do I need to use pushrods that are .200" taller than stock or will stock pushrods still work properly?:shrug:

Got "em Used I have front and rear springs for a 200 6 cylinder Mustang that I'm willing to part with for $100 complete. If the coils are all you need $40 takes 'em.
