    Second gear clunk

    OK, I figured out the TSB, this is for 2007-2008 mustangs. Mine is an 06 but does the exact thing the TSB talks about. I just replaced the tranny fluid with synthetic so when they fix it I will lose like 40 bucks.

    Hey Gang, I live in MI and I have noticed this mostly when the car is cold, when I shift form 1st to 2nd before I release the clutch I get a clunk. Once the car warms up it is not really noticeable. It happened before and after I changed the transmission fluid. any ideas?

    OK so I just talked to the mechanic at my ford dealer and I think they are still using 2 piece plugs when changing them out. He also told me that they have never had any break. So what makes the plugs break for us regular folks is it carbon or a small hole for the plug in the head?

    Tighten factory hood.

    Hey Gang, I am sure this is a repeat but I could not find what I was looking for in the search. I am looking to tighten my factory hood from the dreaded high speed buffeting. I have tightened the hood stops, is there anything else I can do without hood pins and such. Thanks

    Rear Spoiler Delete

    WD 40 works great too. If you don't want to use the fishing line shoot some in there and it will eat that sticky stuff off. Then it should come right off.

    red or black caliper paint?

    I have a black 06 GT. I painted mine red. They look awesome, the touch of color is sweet. With tinted windows and polished mags it is pretty B.A. in my opinion.

    Hey gang, I have a black 06 gt. I have used a number of products in the past. I know that black gets swirls and orange peel. I have used Klasse, all in one and Klasse sealant. I am also a fan of Meguires tech wax. So the question is what do you guys prefer for dark cars as far as waxes...

    I had the same thing on my passenger side. I took it to the dealer and they fixed the cowl problem under warranty.

    hey folks, I was wondering if anyone else has had a slight rattle from the right side of their vents. It almost sounds like the far right circle vent. Makes me crazy. 06 GT Stock.

    I would go with 3 only because 2 has too much space between the spokes and if you put 1 on you are pretty much doing the same wheel. I think a 4th option would be #1 with no silver outer rim.
