I 've got about 250 miles on the car.....It is clearly the best mustang I've ever purchased. I've ordered a Tri-ax shifter, throws are still too long and mushy. Other than a few nitpicks/personal gripes,I'm very pleased with it. :nice: This car will be a huge hit for Ford IMHO.

They are the standard GT wheels, They are similiar to the "old" Bullitts but have a different offset to the outside.

"Proof of Build" This is a copy of the Vehicle status report I picked up at my dealer today. It shows the build date to be 9/08. GT's are going to built next week .Your dealer is giving you the wrong Scoop. My Vin is 100748

Invoice is the price the Dealer "Pays" FOMOCO for the vehicle.....It does NOT reflect the final compensation to the dealer. Other incentives,etc on volume and special rebates from Ford to dealers may be in order.

I ordered end of May and signed an agreement at $300. over invoice. I've bought several vehicles from the same dealer so that may have helped.
