    How much drop?

Hi guys, I know this must get asked over and over, and I truly apologize to do it again, but I'm looking for pics of different spring setups for the S197 ... I'm not finding anything specific with the search. I'm not familiar with Mustangs, but my father has a 2007 GT. He's planning on...

    Cat removal / Running problems?

Yeah, put in a new sensor in the front driver side, and the car runs great now. I guess I broke it when I took it off. (Put an air hammer to it in a fit of rage). Good call on using one of the rear ones, didn't realize the connector was so similar, I would have done that for sure had I read...

    Cat removal / Running problems?

I unplugged the driver side one first, car ran like a champ, then unplugged it and replugged the passenger side, and now it runs like ****. I guess it's safe to assume the driver side sensor is bad ... I wonder how much they are. Cool, thanks guys! :)

    Cat removal / Running problems?

No check engine. :( I unplugged both front sensors, and went for the a drive. Car runs beautifully. And somehow, still no check engine light. Strange. I know the check engine light bulb is good 'cause it lights up when you first insert the key. So now I'm wondering if one the sensors is...

    Cat removal / Running problems?

You have to turn off the front ones? I would think the ones after the cats would 'cause a MIL, but in this case, I spaced them out, which normally always works, and I don't have a MIL ... Weird, it just bucks and stumbles under light load. :(

    Starter removal question.

Hehehe, Intalex knew you meant the bolt, but he was implying that with the trouble we went through to take it off, he wanted to simply leave the whole starter out, as a joke. On another note, the car is back together, and the starter actually took about 3 minutes to reinstall, including the...

    h&r super sport springs..too stiff??

You have to remember that any given spring will feel very different depending on what shocks you're running. Heavy springs will feel bouncy and harsh if you don't run a shock that is capable of handling its increased rate. On the other hand, you can run very agressive springs, with a...

    Cat removal / Running problems?

Hey guys! I recently did some work on my brother's 1996 Mustang GT. In taking the tranny out, we needed to cut off the exhaust. The car is a winter beater, and is severly rusted. Since we had hacked up everything, we decided to delete the cats. Now everything is back together, and the car...

    Starter removal question.

I'm Intalex's brother. Just wanted to point out that it is important to be using a 3/8" setup for the swivels etc ... 'cause the whole time we were trying with 1/2" extensions and swivel, and it was the difference between getting a straight line to the socket and not making it. Might help out...
