    Is that one of the pumps for a returning system? I'm not familiar w/ the BBK setup. That may have been the problem. There are no baffles in the GT tank by default, if you're running WOT and don't have much gas, you'll lean out. I stay out of the boost unless I'm above 1/2 tank to avoid...

    What fuel setup does the car have? How much gas was in it when it broke? 12psi and 330 hp don't add up at all, but that doesn't mean the tune was bad.

    I do a fuel filter, belt and plugs every 10k. Beyond that, I've had 0 issues w/ the blower after 12k miles. It was daily driven for a year w/ the blower and now comes out every other week.

    My '04, when it was close to stock, would do right around 24-25 MPG on the highway. I don't remember the exact number, but I easily got 300 miles to a tank.

    Get some Rhino ramps. They're made for lowered cars. I had to use them on my C5 because it was too low. They're only $20.

    Friend wants to sell me his Vortech Supercharger of 98 Saleen.....

    New bracket is $80 w/ out the pulleys. I'm not sure if the '98 and the '01 vortech supplied pullies are the same. You'll need a MAF, fuel pump, injectors, maybe a belt, blower inlet and discharge tubes, and the oil feed/discharge lines. Edit: A flasher or chip plus a tune too.

    I don't remember the exact size. I used a magnetic bit to make sure I didn't drop them. I was scared to death. Once you get the basket up, then pop the screws and you'll have a much easier time disconnecting the power. It'll need to be done for the pump swap, but will not hinder you sliding...

    There are clips on the sides of the basket that will let you pull it up. You can see the clips in this picture: I think the screws are 5.5mm if I remember properly.

    Mine is daily driven, until next week. IMO, if you just do an S-trim w/ a good tune, you can use your car as a DD for as long as you need. I'm to the point that I want to start doing some serious mods, and my car will need to be off the road for several days at a time. So I picked up a beater.
